A Common Language

Most futurists agree that ideas are the key to ongoing success of both business and society! Ideas are the sum of an idea(s), plus execution, according to author and innovation speaker Braden Kelley.

Kelley also states to achieve sustainable success at innovation and drive the creation of new ideas companies need to have ‘a common language’! What does that mean? Basically, they need a guiding framework that will lead to infinite innovation. Following are the “Eight I’s of Infinite Innovation”, created by Kelley, that you can use as a guide:

  1. Inspiration
  2. Investigation
  3. Ideation
  4. Iteration
  5. Identification
  6. Implementation
  7. Illumination
  8. Installation

Click here to get details on the “Eight I’s” and how they each can be used to, as Kelley puts it, to power a wave of new organizational transformations.
